Tiffany Box cake
This is a birthday cake in the shape of a Tiffany & Co. Jewelry box. The inside is red velvet cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting covered in fondant. Tissue paper and bow are made of white gumpaste. Pearl necklace was made of gumpaste and dusted with pearl dust. This was a very fun cake to make.

Sushi Cake
This sushi cake was made back in November but was not updated onto the blog until now. This a "funny bone" cake. Chocolate cake with peanut butter filling covered with chocolate ganache. the sushi pieces are made from gumpaste right down to the individual grains of rice. the soysauce dish is made of gumpaste as well and the soy sauce is dark corn syrup.
Soccer Cake
This cake was made for a friend's father who loves Soccer, and the peruvian team Club Universitario de Deportes. This is a reduced-sugar Dominican cake with Dominican suspiro(frosting) topped with a soccer ball made from rice crispy treats and covered in fondant. The figurine was made from gumpaste, fondant and edible paint. The U on the side of the cake is the team logo.
Minnie Mouse Cake
PS3 Cake
This is a PS3 Cake we made this month for a friend's birthday party. The cake is chocolate with chocolate frosting covered in vanilla black fondant. Everything on this cake is edible. The video game was made from rice crispy treats and detailed with edible paper, the controller is also made of RC treats and covered with fondant. You can watch the video below.

Make Up Artist Purse
This cake was made for a make up artist's 21st birthday. The cake was our signature moist Red Velvet cake filled with fresh strawberries and frosted with classic vanilla roux frosting. The purse was carved and then covered in vanilla fondant. Each make up piece was hand crafted out of fondant and gumpaste, then detailed with silver luster powder . Modelled after MAC and MUD make up. The artist's logo was hand painted on the fondant with edible paint and luster powder.
Autobody Shop Birthday Cake !
This autobody shop cake is the biggest cake we have made yet! The cake was for 150 guests, 20 x 20 inches and weighted about 80 pounds. It was alot of fun to make! It was a Chocolate chip cake with delicious cannoli cream filling frosted with Chocolate buttercream. The Cars ( BMW and Cadillac Escalade)were hand carved and then covered in fondant. Each car was hand painted with edible paint.
